Why did I get into translation, and why I am so passionate about it?<\/p>

\u00a0Well, for the most obvious of reasons \u2013 I simply love languages<\/strong>. I \u201cget\u201d them. Ever since I read my first book in Russian, I discovered the magic of being able to appreciate the beauty of a different language, the sheer pleasure of acknowledging each author\u2019s personal style, the enchantment of discovering a culture through the words of its language, the joy of successfully deciphering the intricate maze of meanings behind those words.
